What sizes of frames do you carry?

Standard photo sizes: 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14. Certificate frames: 8.5x11. Collage frames hold 4-9 photos. Each product page shows the photo opening size and the outer frame size.

Are the frames glass or acrylic?

Wall frames use real glass. Acrylic magnetic frames and any frame labeled "kids" or "playroom" use shatter-resistant acrylic. The product page states which one.

How do I hang a heavy frame on drywall?

Frames under 2 lb hang on a standard picture hook and finish nail. For 11x14 and larger or gallery sets, use a wall anchor rated for the frame weight. Each wall frame ships with a sawtooth hanger pre-installed.

Can the tabletop frames also be hung on the wall?

Most 4x6 and 5x7 tabletop frames have both a kickstand and a sawtooth hanger — they can do either. The product page will say "tabletop only" if the frame does not have a wall hanger.

Do the floating frames work for art larger than a photo?

Our acrylic floating frames hold pressed leaves, postcards, kid art up to 8.5x11, and double-sided items. The product page lists the maximum thickness the magnet or clip will hold.

How are frames packed for shipping?

Double-walled boxes, corner protectors, bubble wrap on every glass surface. Damaged-in-shipping rate is under 2% but it happens — see question 8.

Can I return a frame I've already opened?

Unopened frames can be returned within 30 days. Opened frames in original packaging without scratches can be returned for an exchange. Damaged or cracked frames are non-returnable but covered under the shipping-damage policy.

What if the glass is broken when it arrives?

Email a photo of the broken frame and the shipping box to support@dolman9nexora.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge, no need to send the broken frame back.
