Refund policy

Dolman Frame & Wall is operated by DOLMAN 9NEXORA LABS LLC. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Contact support@dolman9nexora.com before sending any return.

Picture Frames — Specific Returns

• Unopened, unused frames may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• Opened frames in original packaging with no scratches on glass or finish may be returned for exchange or store credit.
• Frames with cracked glass, scratched acrylic, or scuffed finish from customer use are non-returnable.
• Shipping damage (broken glass on arrival, dented frame): email a photo within 7 days of delivery — replacement shipped at no charge, broken frame does not need to be returned.
